As a Trademark Paralegal for Noli IP Solutions, Diane oversees all aspects of the firm's trademark and copyright prosecution, to include management of the docketing and calendaring system, preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications, as well as assisting our attorneys in all aspects of the prosecution.

Diane attended the University of San Diego for her certification as an Intellectual Property Paralegal, which is approved by the American Bar Association (ABA) While attending school, Diane commenced working as a Paralegal at Haines Law.

Diane specialized in Intellectual Property matters and continues to gain expertise in both international and US prosecution of trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
